Upon completion, the project is expected to boost arts and cultural development in Taoyuan, while integrating surrounding transportation infrastructure to become a major cultural exchange hub in northern Taiwan.
Design Concept
The design concept merges traditional Chinese roof eave curves with modern structural language. Dense steel curved beams shape the form, allowing natural daylight to filter through gaps, creating dynamic interior light and shadow changes throughout the day.
