The project is located on Qianjin East Road in the Kunshan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, covering approximately 287,000 square meters , equivalent to about 40 standard football fields in size.
The campus consists of two phases—Plant I-1 and I-2—as well as the R&D headquarters center. Constructed between 1998 and 2003, it serves as a key production and research base for MSI (Micro-Star International) in Mainland China.
The overall layout adopts a linear cluster arrangement with interconnected factory buildings. It is equipped with comprehensive support facilities, including office blocks, a conference center, MEP service zones, dining areas, and dormitories. The R&D and office centers are primarily designed with podium-style structures, offering shared spaces for interaction and administrative support.
This large-scale development also marks one of Han-Yar Design’s earliest and most significant projects in the high-tech industrial architecture sector.
