Beneath the entire structure lies an open-air parking area designed to feel akin to an outdoor space.

Atop the building is a rooftop platform featuring an aromatic garden and an elongated elevated volume that accommodates yoga and physical education spaces, alongside a restaurant offering panoramic views.
