The Beijing Institute of Technology Zhuhai Campus Gymnasium, officially known as the Cultural and Sports Complex, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to support athletics, fitness, and cultural engagement. Spanning 22,590 square meters, the complex serves as a central hub for student recreation, competitive training, and community events, reinforcing the university's commitment to physical education and cultural heritage.

The Zhuhai Gymnasium is located directly south of Hongyi Building, within a site covered by dense native lychee trees. At the center stands a gymnasium with a capacity of 5,000 people; the west side houses two floors of student club activity rooms, while the east side contains a 750-seat academic lecture hall. These are enclosed by a two-story elevated corridor, with a large stepped seating area facing Hongyi Building to the north, built along the slope.

The architecture harmoniously coexists with the natural environment, cleverly utilizing the site's elevation changes to preserve the original lychee forest, minimizing disturbance to the natural terrain. The design of the elevated floors and courtyard allows the warm sea breeze of Zhuhai to flow freely, significantly reducing the need for air conditioning.

This building serves not only as a venue for sports activities but also as a symbol of the campus spirit. Using a modern architectural language, it tells the story of ancient cultural wisdom, allowing every teacher and student who enters to feel the unique charm where tradition meets the future.
