The building adopts a steel structure system, providing high structural strength and excellent seismic performance. Floor heights and clearances are planned based on production requirements, with a large total floor area to accommodate large-scale panel manufacturing.

The layout features a podium-based configuration that separates the core production areas from the office and social spaces. Daylight and ventilation elements are integrated along the perimeter. The exterior is composed of metal panels and glass curtain walls in grey tones, presenting a clean and modern industrial appearance.

The facility includes a spacious staff cafeteria and rest areas, with large windows that bring in ample natural light to enhance workplace comfort. Circulation within the complex is clearly organized, with distinct separation between production, office, and public zones to ensure both efficiency and safety.

The design accommodates the technical demands of advanced optoelectronic processes and allocates sufficient space for mechanical and electrical systems. Green areas and gentle slopes are incorporated around the site to blend with the natural terrain and promote environmental sustainability.
