The Tree Valley Park Service Center serves as the administrative and cultural core of Tree Valley Park, a large-scale industrial and ecological development. Completed in 2008, the center provides essential services for businesses, employees, and visitors, integrating industrial support with public amenities in a sustainable environment.

Design Concept

The architecture embraces a tropical aesthetic, with white walls, wooden louvers, and grey-green stone tiles arranged in an interwoven, rhythmic composition, echoing musical undulations throughout the park.

Ventilated corridors surround each courtyard, connecting outdoor terraces with pergolas, climbing plants, green canopies, and art installations to form a cohesive garden-like architectural complex.

Spatial Organization

The layout centers around a sculptural courtyard, with a grand staircase connecting trellised corridors and walkways. This arrangement fosters close interaction between the individual buildings and the concert hall.
