COZI Hongqiao, a flagship long-term rental development by Linghe Shengming, is strategically positioned in the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District. Designed as a modern urban living solution, the project integrates sustainability, efficient spatial planning, and high-quality materials to create a refined residential environment.

Tucked beside the bustling Hongqiao Business District in Shanghai, COZI Hongqiao is a distinctive residential community born from the transformation of a long-vacant shopping mall. Once the west wing of the Lianghua Mall, the 64,000-square-meter complex has been reimagined into a sought-after living space for young professionals—earning multiple accolades for its innovative design and sustainable approach.

The former dimly lit atrium now serves as a vibrant, light-filled communal living room, while the once-unused rooftop has been turned into a lush 600-square-meter sky garden featuring a glow-in-the-dark jogging track, camping zone, and pet-friendly play area.

The design retains the original structural framework of the mall, clad in a contemporary and stylish new skin. The development includes 589 uniquely designed apartments, ranging from 42-square-meter studios to 98-square-meter two-bedroom units—all equipped with smart home systems and high-quality finishes.
