COZI Hongqiao, a flagship long-term rental development by Linghe Shengming, is strategically positioned in the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District. Designed as a modern urban living solution, the project integrates sustainability, efficient spatial planning, and high-quality materials to create a refined residential environment.
The magnificent transformation of an old shopping mall. This site was formerly the long-vacant Lianghua Shopping Plaza (West Zone), but it has since been transformed into a popular apartment complex favored by young residents.
Formerly the long-abandoned West Zone of Lianghua Shopping Plaza, it has now been transformed into a trendy apartment complex popular among young people.
Entering this community, converted from a 64,000-square-meter old mall, the originally dim atrium has now become a bright shared lounge
The once-neglected rooftop has turned into a 600-square-meter sky garden, featuring a camping area, pet park, and even a glowing night jogging track.
The original mall structure was preserved and dressed in a fashionable new look.
The 589 apartments each have unique features, ranging from 42-square-meter studios to 98-square-meter two-bedroom units, all equipped with smart home systems.
