This project integrates medical care, nursing, and senior living services to ensure a comprehensive retirement lifestyle and healthcare management for the elderly. It includes a senior day care center, lifelong learning academy, fitness center for seniors, and supporting commercial services.
Design Concept
The design concept of Huzhou Nursing Center is inspired by “Two Helping Hands of Longevity.”
The campus consists of seven independent senior residences connected by two elongated corridors, sharing courtyards, libraries, entertainment areas, kitchens, and other communal spaces.
The West Ward Hospital is located at the street corner, providing convenient access to medical and emergency services, and shares the lower floors for outpatient clinics, diagnostic, and treatment departments.
