This project is a comprehensive senior living complex that integrates medical care, nursing services, and assisted living. It aims to ensure a secure and well-managed retirement life for the elderly. The facilities include a senior day care center, a lifelong learning academy, a senior fitness center, and supporting commercial services.
Design Concept
The design layout of the Huzhou Nursing Center is based on the concept of “Evergreen Hands.”
It consists of seven independent residential buildings for the elderly, sharing public spaces such as courtyards, a library, entertainment areas, and cooking facilities. These buildings are connected by two elongated corridors.
The West Ward Hospital is located at the street corner, providing convenient access to medical and emergency services, and shares the lower floors for outpatient clinics, diagnostic, and treatment departments.
