This project is an interdisciplinary research center at the university level of National Taiwan University, dedicated to condensed matter physics, new materials science, quantum information, and cross-disciplinary experimental technologies.

The main building is a modern 14-story scientific research tower. The interior houses a variety of specialized laboratories, optical measurement rooms, electron microscopy analysis areas, and versatile academic conference spaces.

The conference halls on the 2nd and 3rd floors host international academic seminars, workshops, and cross-university research presentations.

The exterior facade features NTU’s signature earth-toned three-groove bricks and employs precast wall panels, creating a highly regular and rhythmic architectural expression.
