This project is a university-level interdisciplinary research center at National Taiwan University, dedicated to the advancement of condensed matter physics, materials science, quantum information, and cross-disciplinary experimental technologies.
The main building is a 14-story modern research facility, housing various specialized laboratories, optical measurement rooms, electron microscopy zones, and multipurpose academic conference areas. Conference halls located on the second and third floors support international symposiums, workshops, and intercollegiate presentations.
The exterior surfaces are clad in NTU's signature ochre-colored grooved bricks, applied using a precast construction method to achieve a highly ordered and consistent architectural expression.
