Walsin Center is a large-scale, mixed-use development designed to anchor Hexi New Town, Nanjing, as a dynamic urban district. Developed by Walsin Lihwa Corporation, with master planning and design collaboration from Altoon+Porter Architects and Archasia Design Group, the project integrates commercial, residential, hospitality, and cultural spaces within a cohesive, transit-oriented framework.

In June 2001, the intersection of Jiangdong Middle Road and Hexi Avenue was still an undeveloped open space.

Twenty years later, Huaxin City has grown from blueprint to reality, becoming the brightest jewel in Hexi's CBD.

Developed by Taiwan's Huaxin Lihwa Group, this million-square-meter complex lies between the Olympic Sports Center and the International Expo Center, with direct access to Yuantong Metro Station.

Completed in 2015, “Huaxin City Jingyuan” offers rare 35% greenery in the Nanjing market, with ample building spacing for natural light.

The 2019-opened “Huacai Tiandi” is a light-luxury, family-friendly experiential mall, featuring rooftop gardens and iconic atrium sculpture that draws constant foot traffic.

Huaxin City Towers A and B later attracted top finance and tech firms, completing the district’s mix of residence, retail, and office.
