Xiangyang Mixed-Use Project

The flowing architectural lines reinterpret the calligraphic brushstrokes of Mi Fu’s cursive script and the meandering form of the Han River as dynamic curves across the façade. The interplay of glass and stone infuses the building with both a technological flair and a deep cultural resonance.

The Starlight Plaza and Central Living Plaza are organically connected through landscaped green belts, evoking scattered stars echoing one another. The rooftop “Galaxy Garden” serves as a highlight of the project — a winding sky track, the first of its kind in Xiangyang, allows visitors to stroll under the stars. At night, illuminated by ambient lighting, it feels like walking through a river of stars.

Sky Garden & Rooftop Track Design

The “Galaxy Garden” combines rooftop greenery with a semi-outdoor night-lit promenade, featuring Xiangyang’s first aerial running track, which connects to the F&B terrace.

Innovative spatial structuring in the commercial tower includes terraced setbacks that break the constraints of floor height, enhancing visual exposure and spatial richness. A dual-ground floor and sky corridor system, with eight escalators and outdoor panoramic elevators, ensures optimized circulation and intuitive vertical flow.

A mixed-use urban ecosystem, the development integrates a shopping mall, LOFT apartments, a five-star hotel, premium residences, and a large underground parking facility with a supermarket. It follows a “three cores, two axes” master plan, creating a micro-city that fulfills diverse urban lifestyle needs.
