The China Huashang Financial Center, located in Chengdu High-Tech Zone, is a modern mixed-use urban complex. The project aims to establish a premier financial hub in Western China.
Situated in the core area of the Financial City, the site covers approximately 23,000 square meters with a total floor area close to 400,000 square meters. The complex integrates office, commercial, residential, and apartment functions. It consists of five towers and horizontally extended commercial volumes, creating an open yet compact urban node.
The design centers on a "four towers as one" strategy, employing varied heights and scales to address diverse functional needs. The building exteriors use natural stone and double-skin glass curtain walls, emphasizing vertical lines and layered light and shadow to express a restrained and solid modern vocabulary.
The podium encloses a double-height atrium inspired by the traditional "tianjing" courtyard, bringing natural light deep into the multi-level spaces.
The location is adjacent to subway lines and major roadways, connecting the city core with southern districts.
