Located in Chengdu’s High-Tech Zone and stands as a prominent example of contemporary mixed-use urban development. The project aspires to establish a premier financial hub in Western China.
Located in the heart of Chengdu’s Financial City, Huashang Chengdu International Finance Square occupies a site of approximately 23,000 square meters, with a total floor area nearing 400,000 square meters. The development is a dynamic urban complex integrating office, retail, residential, and serviced apartment functions. Comprising five towers set atop a horizontally unfolding commercial podium, the architecture establishes an open yet cohesive urban node.
The design adopts a “four towers, one body” strategy, employing staggered heights and volumes to address diverse programmatic needs while carving out breathing space within the city’s dense fabric. The façades feature natural stone and double-layer curtain walls, emphasizing vertical articulation and layered light and shadow for a composed, modern aesthetic.
The podium centers around a multi-story atrium inspired by the traditional tianjing courtyard, drawing natural light deep into the interior.
Strategically located near metro lines and major arterial roads, the complex links Chengdu’s urban core with its expanding southern districts.
As a key landmark in the Financial City, the project is more than a physical space—it redefines the relationship between city and architecture, offering a shared platform for businesses, residents, and visitors alike.
