UMC Villa is located in Baoshan Township, Hsinchu County. The overall community is planned as a high-end residential area with 243 detached villas.

Designed in the style of an American mountain lodge, the development emphasizes harmony with nature, creating a tranquil, resort-like atmosphere. Facades combine brick, stone, and wood-toned materials to evoke a warm and understated elegance. Each villa features its own garden and terrace, with a circular central plaza designed to encourage neighborly interaction.

The houses are predominantly 2 to 3 stories above ground, with some including basements. All units are single-family dwellings constructed of reinforced concrete for durability, with sloped tile roofs and exterior finishes in faux-stone brick or cultured stone.
