UMC Villa is located in Baoshan Township, Hsinchu County. The overall community is planned as a high-end residential area with 243 detached villas.

This project is styled as an "American mountain lodge" emphasizing the integration of architecture with the natural environment to create a forest resort atmosphere.

The facades use brick, stone, and wood tones, presenting a warm and understated texture.
Each detached villa is designed with a court yard and terrace, while a central circular gathering plaza is planned to promote community interaction. Most buildings are 2 to 3 stories aboveground, with some featuring basement levels; all are townhouse-style villas. Exterior walls are treated with faux stone bricks or cultural stones; roofs are sloped and tiled, with reinforced concrete as the main structure, balancing aesthetics and durability.

The community circulation is well planned, separating vehicle lanes from pedestrian paths, and includes central green belts, plazas, parks, and trails to create an ecological and pleasant living environment.
